Creation of the Community Support program.

Establishment of Fundação Itaú para a Educação e Cultura, to encompass the operations of Itaú Social, Itaú Cultural, and the education initiatives and other work supported up to then by Itaú BBA.

2020
Due to Covid-19, Itaú Social reviewed its activities and presented new initiatives to seek to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic on education. Through the network of social organization partnerships, the institution also made emergency donations of food and other items of basic needs.
